Colon Care & Water
Most people’s health problems would be solved if they drank adequate water.
This holds as true for colon health issues as anything else.
Your body is made up of mostly water, and when you start to become dehydrated or lack the water you need, your essential systems do not tend to work as well. Also, see my post about Making Hemorrhoids Worse – this also covers dehydration & includes a very informative video from YouTube
If your colon and digestive system aren’t getting the water they need, then they will have trouble functioning the way they are supposed to.
You need to have at least a full glass of water with each meal. This gives your colon the lubrication it needs to pass food easily, and it helps your stools become softer and easier to expel.
Water also flushes out your system and eliminates toxins from your body.
Without that essential water, the toxins build up and cause all manner of health problems, including irritable bowel syndrome, gas, hemorrhoids, intestinal bloating and more.
The ideal amount of water for each day is about eight glasses of eight ounces or more (2 liters).
If you can drink that much each day, you will not only improve your colon health, but also the health of your whole body. It really is that simple.
